I am yet to get keywordluv though I have had my stint – several times – with commentluv. It definitely is a boon to the commenters. However, there aren’t a lot of people who go through the entire comment thread and hence direct referral traffic cannot be expected much.

Blog commenting is great for both visitors who want backlinks and blog owners who want build content from comments. A good example is KeywordLuv plugin used by blogs to attract comments.
