Come on, admit it; this was the post that all of y’all were waiting for. Here’s my earnings for November 2007; I’m a long way off the $2,500 I was aiming for in the $15,000 challenge, but considering most of my ‘competitors’ have buzzed off, meh. My aim will be to improve on the previous month; as I said, if I have any chance of wanting to do this full time, I will a) have to earn more, and b) diversify those earnings. A large part of my income has been in the buying and selling of eBooks, although Adsense did make up a decent chunk; while say 99.9% of those Adsense earnings from proxies, I do not have any now and will have to start up a few- as well as other Adsense websites that I will hope to earn off.
Paypal balance – $982.97

All business deals I’ve conducted I’ve been paid for by Paypal – copywriting, buying/selling domains and websites and whatnot. The lazy person that I am, I do not have detailed statistics for what % of income came from where. I have not conducted any big deals for domains this month, so I can safely assume that around 85% of that came from activities related to writing (either articles for clients or selling eBooks).
Google Adsense – $290.88
These Adsense earnings are actually since around October 18th, but as I hadn’t broken the $100 mark till around November 5th here they are. The majority of that ($231.83) was from one website (CloakUs.com) which I’ve now been scammed out of (more on that below) so earnings for Adsense have died; I hope to raise it for this month.
Affiliate Programs – $70.00

Now I suck ass at affiliate marketing, so only $70.00 was generated from this; I was lucky enough to be around on Digital Point when someone wanted hosting, and he signed up using my affiliate link. I have no problem promoting HostICan, as their package is relatively decent; it’s actually what TUK is hosted on. If any of you want to signup with them, let me know and I’ll give you my affiliate link and a coupon code you can use
These earnings would have been more, if not for a scammer; I sold CloakUs.com yesterday for $650.00 but the guy paid with a phished account and thus I have now lost both the domain name and the funds. I have submitted a claim with GoDaddy, but they claim they can’t do anything, and I have already spoken to the other party who’s account was hacked and obviously he cannot do anything either. He has actually set up the website with his own Adsense Pub ID, and is probably making good money off it; sadly it seems like there is nothing I can do. In the future, I will look at a different way of carrying out dealings with people I don’t know; the guy had 45+ iTraders though so I’m not sure what can be done.
Total earnings for the month – $1343.85
An improvement of around $600 from last month, which I’m pretty happy with considering I only started all this two months ago; it would have been close to $2000 though if the sale of CloakUs had gone through properly and the f**kin’ designer had prepared the eBook website. My proxy server finally got put up so I’ll be learning how to use it in the next few days; hopefully I can raise some money with selling hosting through that. As for how much I’ve spent, I added it up a while back and it was close to $1100; I’ve spent a bit more since then so I’d estimate it comes to around $1500. Hopefully all of you will see increases in your earnings and are closer to reaching your goals; Good Luck!

Congrats on the $1343.85. I know I would have been very pleased with those earning when I was your age!
What an A**hole on the cloakus deal, hopefully you can get some resolution from that….

It might not work, as I’m not sure how easy it would be to prove, but why not report the guy to google and see if they suspend his adsense account.
It doesn’t get you the money that was promised, but at least he is no longer profiting from scamming you, either.

If you really want to get back at the scammer, you could always hire someone or clickbomb him.

That’s a great improvement. Congrats!
You’re not too far off from the $2,500 you’re aiming for. Keep chugging away. These kinds of posts always gain a lot of attention.

Report the guy to google about your site… I highly doubt they’d do anything, but hey, it’s worth a try.

Thanks all for the support. I’ve reported to Paypal, Google and GoDaddy… GoDaddy are a bunch of cunts though, told me to go to the World Intellectual Property Organization. This guy scammed another two people out of $380 and $200 respectively, so hopefully they will take notice. A bit of warning though – don’t deal with MATTHEW JAMES. As for the click bombing, if shit gets desperate. Don’t really wanna do that though as that’s writing off any chance I have of retaining the website.
I’m building a few more, going to make a lot so I don’t only have to rely on one; I feel I can do $100 a day with ten of them. My new one earned $7.11 yesterday, so on the right track

proxies tend to have less value when selling (like 5-6 month revenue instead of the ussual 10)? i deff wouldn’t have sold that for just 650$
?

@ Ernest, perhaps. I’m looking for something decent to put on the proxified pages.
@ Tech Narf, seeing as proxies are so volatile they generally go for one month/1.5 months revenue maximum. I actually wanted to sell so that I could have cash in hand (instead of in an Adsense account). Ah well.

Grats with the $1350. Just wondering, is that wholly profits?

Yeah, all profit.

Nice job with the cash! I wish I could make that much. I just started getting into the making money with my blog area a couple months ago, and it’s been really slow for far.

Very nice. You make more than I do and I own an arcade website.

Dude, that sucks about the whole domain selling and getting ripped off. But you definitely came a long way since then… though, I am curious why you don’t post your monthly earnings anymore
