He won the hosting, so I messaged him to say that he won something - he comes to the site, and looks at it then says 'oh but I don't need it - can you give me something else?/do a redraw' - to which I said I couldn't give him something else, as all others had winners drawn - I could however do a redraw (so that someone else could win the prize). Annoying enough (someone claiming that, well, a FREE prize is useless) but I did the redraw - the twit comes back an hour later saying 'oh fine, I'll take it'.
