Hi, Stanley Tang here – the new owner behind TheUniversityKid.com. First off, I just want to take this opportunity to thank Jason for all the great work he’s done with this blog. I was able to meet up with him back in January and he’s a cool kid who I’ve got to know for the past few months. I’ve got big plans for TUK and will take things to the next level in the coming months
You’re probably wondering what’s going to happen next with this blog. I’ve received quite a few emails asking who I am, what’s the future of TUK etc. So hopefully this post will help clear all these doubts out of your mind
First, A Little Bit About Us…
I know Jason told you guys a bit about me yesterday. But I want to take this time to “officially” introduce myself, as well as my business partner Josh Lam (who I’ve asked to help me out with this project) Together, we’ll be the owners of TheUniversityKid.com from now on.
I’m a 16-year-old internet entrepreneur, marketer and blogger from Hong Kong. I started with web development as a kid in 2001 before moving into internet marketing in 2006. Initially starting out with Adsense, I’ve been able to grow my business and now make myself a comfortable income through things such as information marketing, affiliate marketing and email marketing. I’ve also been featured in dozens of well-known media outlets (such as Chicago Sun-Times, Yahoo News and soon on GQ Magazine) as well as written a #1 best-selling book eMillions: Behind-The-Scenes Stories of 14 Successful Internet Millionaires. In my spare time, I like to go out with friends and play football (aka soccer) – although unlike Jason I support Man Utd
You can read about my full story here.
My friend Josh Lam is also a 16-year-old from Hong Kong. He’s a fellow tech blogger, web designer and internet marketer who specializes in social media marketing (@Joshlam has over 15,000 followers on Twitter!). He’s also an enthusiast of new gadgets and web 2.0 startups.
We aren’t saying this to brag but just to let you know that TUK is in good hands. Hopefully our combination of the social media/technology marketing with internet marketing/make money online will provide you with a variety of insights into our wacky world of young entrepreneurs. After all, this is a “young entrepreneur blog”
We Want To Hear Your Thoughts
Enough about us. Let’s talk about you. This is YOUR blog and we’re here to serve YOU. We’re not here just to rehash the same old stuff from what every other make money online blogs are saying. We’re here to provide value – doing more than what’s expected of us.
We’ve got some big ideas for TUK coming up. First off, we’ve got ourselves a Twitter account (follow us at @theunikid). We’re also working on a new design to give TUK a much-needed renovation and fresh look (let us know what aspects you want improved). I’ve also got hundreds of ideas for blog topics floating in my head right now and I want to narrow it down to what you want to know. But first, we want to hear your thoughts. We want to know what topics interests you.
So I created this little poll (using WP-Poll – awesome plugin) and would really appreciate it if you could just take a few seconds to complete this by voting on your favorite topic of interest (check up to 2 boxes):
We would love to get to know you better so please feel free to leave your comments below. Let us know what your vision is and I try my best to make it happen.
We’re here to serve you. It’s about you succeeding online.

Hi There Guys,
Nice to see you guys have some good plans for this blog and that you have started out with asking us readers what we want which is great!
I for one like to read other Internet Marketers experiences and exactly what they do to make money online with real case studies and examples; practical advice as opposed to ‘general talk’.
Look forward to coming back here often

A bit sad that Jason has sold this blog as he has provided plenty of insights on this blog and has helped countless others looking for alternative sources of online income.
Anyway, looking forward to new perspectives over here. Jason will be a tough act to follow but just try your best.
Cheers!
