Hey Jason,
I know the Q and A session is over and the questions have been answered, but I have a question that maybe you can address in the future (maybe in a post?!).

A lot of your recent posts have focused on making money with flipping sites, selling your own products, and different marketing for money techniques. These are great ideas, but what do you think of building sites that you just create, load content on, market, then sit back and earn money on auto-pilot? You know, the Made for Adsense (or other advertiser) type sites?

I work a full time job (that I am not lazy at!) but when it comes to MMO, which I do after hours, I am lazy. Personally I am more into creating niche sites to sit on and earn, rather than flip them (I know you did a post about this in the past, fast money versus residual income). I know that a lot of MMO'ers make money by having a large portfolio of static sites. Do you do this as well? If so I am interested in hearing more about that!
