Nice post! I had 3 days “free time” and used it to optimize and re-build sites. I finished three sites yesterday and revenue increased by 35% today. Managed to send out some important e-mails to get some things straightened out and hopefully revenue will be double what it normally is (last week for example compared to what it will be next week).

Some really stupid things were going on which were leaking money… Patched up a bunch of stuff and things are alright yet I know there’s a LOT (A LOTTTTTT!) more I need to work on. Scheduled in one full week in May to take care of a TON of online stuff.

Controlling time can be difficult, especially when working on projects that have a deadline. In my job most of my projects come with deadlines, but I think your tips would be useful as well in those situations.
Negotiating is also key in getting projects completed. When managing a project it is key to get others to complete certain parts of the project for you in a reasonable time and for a reasonable rate.
Being organized is often a downfall of person trying to coordinate a project. I agree with you that you must put some system in place in order to keep the project organized.
And asking for help is another great point. Often a person running a project isn’t able to complete all of aspects of the project, even if they think they can. Learning to ask can help a person be more successful in their projects.
Great tips! All of them could be used in any type of project in any industry. Thanks for sharing.
