It’s been in the waiting, but it’s finally here.
After countless nagging over instant messenger, email and even a few Skype calls, I’ve returned to the IM product zone… and this website flipping report will blow your mind.
I’ve packed a lot of my knowledge into this report, including some tips and techniques that you’ll have never seen before.
The product is 50+ pages long, comes with a slick bonus report written by me (related to site flipping) that will make you more money. It also has a money back guarantee and after sales support… at a price that you just can’t miss out on.
For just $14.95 (introductory price), you’ll get it instantly delivered to your email. If you’ve been wanting to start site flipping, but haven’t had a clue where to begin… it’s time for that to change!
You can order through the sales page (and see a few testimonials) here. Let me know if you have any questions

Great idea man. That is always a good way to get people to promote you. The main bloggers are not likely to buy it anyways. So you might as well give them a free review copy.

wish I could get some real answers out of feedburner on why they keep resetting ALL of my many sites subscribers count to zero! For about six months i found out i was doing RSS subs wrong, but have it all fixed now and wrote a post about it a while back. I’ve got a couple of dozen or more sites with feedburner feeds and they build up some only one or tow a day, but some 10 to 50 per day. when ever one gets up around a hundred, they all reset to zero! wtf? There is no way to get an answer from feedburner. They say use the FAQ, use the forums. Well I’ve done that and found other people with the same problem and the only answer ever given is “we’re working on that.” BS!
Grumble…

hi jayson,
i have been reading some articles about site/blog flipping as a way of making money online. I got very excited and was on the verge of investing on a paid membership site. But what I have observe is that some say that the market for this MM method is becoming more saturated nowadays plus a decrease of buying power of the people. Is this true?
I started with my first project just last week and still hoping to hear/read some positive updates regarding this industry. I love making sites so far and I hope I am wrong with the things I have been hearing and reading.
cheers,
jayl

Hey Jayl,
As more and more people get into it, yes, there will be more and more sites listed. However, a lot of these are rubbish… quality will ALWAYS sell and that’s the type of stuff I’m teaching you guys how to create, as well as a few tips I personally use.

I think that more and more people are not buying things because of our economy. Right now I think you should just give away 90% of your information free and then save the 10% for people that really want more information (for money of course). That is called the bikini concept and it really does work.

Just wanted to clarify this for everyone.
There are new ideas in the tips and techniques for site flipping. The base model is nothing spectacular – it’s about flipping standard niche Wordpress blogs – what IS spectacular (IMHO, of course) is the tips to get the highest possible sale price re your auction, the tips on outsourcing, the tips on what you can do to ensure that you have to do the least amount of work possible when selling… and so on.

The eBook is around 50+ pages, large text. Comes with a bonus product which is 10~ pages.
As for the knowledge… this is not for pro flippers. If you’re already getting $100 – $200 consistently per new site you sell, it probably won’t help you that much. If you not though… it’ll be a goldmine.
Send me an email or ping me on IM and I’ll hook you up

I thought about doing that but decided not to as whoever was good would just get saturated.
I’m predicting that this product will sell at least a 100, probably a lot more (it’s almost past 50 sales) copies, so even with those that will do nothing, so many people working with the same batch of freelancers or companies will be more detrimental than good (high demand ==> freelancers raise prices ==> less profitability).
I do give tips on using, and getting the most out of freelancers though, as where as where to find them.

[Reply]
Jason (702 comments) Reply:

Yes, the affiliate program should launch in around 2-3 days.
And yes, this is a different product from NF – I don’t think I’ll be launching the latter because the concepts in it were a little difficult for newbies to comprehend (arbitrage, text translation etc). This is aimed at marketers that are less experienced, or slightly experienced but not quite getting the process 100% yet.

Overall decent guide but I think it is lacking in a few ways. The biggest for me was not knowing how to transfer sites, so you just didn’t cover it. This seemed kind of lazy. I realize you don’t know how but maybe you could hire one of your freelancers to write a guide on how they do it?
The other thing that would be nice would be some more info on what works for sales pages for the sites, as well as some real live case studies or screen shots of auctions.
For the price it has great basic info on how to get into site flipping, even though it feels incomplete. I do plan on giving it a try.
PS. I’d recommend a bullet list of your table of contents/exactly whats in the report on your sales page.

Hey Joe,
Thanks for the feedback. I originally planned to include a video on how to transfer Wordpress blogs but the freelancer that was supposed to do it backed off. I will get around to having a guide written, of course all buyers get updates free.
When this launches on Clickbank (with the price increase) a full case study will be used, with an link to an auction even – again, all buyers will get full updates.
Thanks again for the feedback, it’s the only way I’m going to know what needs improving. Feel free to let me know if you think anything else needs working on, cheers.

Jason,
No problem, it’s good to hear about the updates. I feel like for the current discounted price it was a good value, for anyone thinking about buying it.
There are also some nice unique tips on how to make more money/faster sales.
Have you done many longer term flips for higher price points? A similar, more detailed report on that would be very interesting.
Thanks,
Joe

I just went through the Max Davis program (www.buyingandsellingwebsites.com) and it had a lot of good information, but I’m curious to see if you cover the same stuff or if it’s different?
Are you familiar with Max’s stuff where you can compare the two?
