Ages ago (don’t remember how long exactly, but quite a while ago) I posted a mini contest to get suggestions for my site flip product. Had over 100 sent in, managed to go through them all today… chose the five winners.

The winning domain was www.flipace.com (nothing on it just yet)
Product isn’t ready yet, but I’ll be ordering the sales page design etc soon (might stick up a preview here). I’ll email winners so they know they’ve won.
I’m roughly halfway through – 90% of the product is easy stuff, but I’m going to put a lot of effort into the adding value section. The product will be one teaching almost complete newbies (you’ll have to know how to register a domain and what Wordpress is, but nothing more than that) how to sell websites for $500+ a piece.
The product will be priced at $47 but there will be a discount for TUK etc.
If you have anything you’d like to see included in the guide, let me know. If you run a blog with 250+ subscribers let me know too, free copies available of course.

I’m actually just in the middle of getting started with the technique you taught in your password protected post, seems like a real simple money maker. I’d like if you can fit in things like that in the course – inexpensive, simple, unpopular (but of course still legal) ways to make money online.
